sea jumping and the pink moon

pink moon

This summer we watched a pink moonrise. I took my camera and waded into the sea that afternoon before it rose, as tim sea-jumped.

These are wonderful. I love the slight curve on the horizon in the middle one. The earth's curvature, I wonder? It reminds me of a programme on the Nevada desert, where they say you can see the curvature of the earth with the naked eye.

Thank you so much for sharing Wolfgang Liab with me! MY family comes from a part of the black forest very close to where he's from. I am so excited by his work!
hope you're well!

claudia ~ I cannot stop singing that song each time I post something about a pink moon! 'pink, pink pink pink, pink moon.'

anita ~ thank you :)

alfie ~ you're right, it doesn't!

bee ~ thank you.

fiona ~ I'm thinking it's either that...or the lens, kind of like a fisheye effect?

cortnie ~ thanks, it is fun getting to know the camera. I love how they are turning out so wonky! it's perfectly unexpected.

ta ~ you're welcome! I saw a piece of his once, in belgium. amazing. :)
