I am completely bushwacked. I look forward to a day of rest. The opening went great ~ so many people were there, and I got some great feedback on my work, too. Which is nice after being alone with it in the studio with only the thoughts in my head for months at a time.
I'm off now to treat myself to breakfast somewhere, while Tim heads off to work.

I'm also looking forward to placing unsold work in my shop, and/or courting prospective galleries with it....

your work looks wonderful! and i love your description about the pupa...sometimes those stages of change can take sooo long ;-)...(from my own personal experience).

Cindy: thanks for catching that ~ I don't know how I did that one. :) 'Tis fixed. (You can change it in the post options once you click to edit the post.) If I were a pupa, I'd be the overwintering one... :)
I think some lifetimes are for catching up on a whole lot of stuff, others are more about starting fresh...maybe that's coming next time around for us ;-).

I used to be able to change the date in the post options when I made a post, usually to go back a day if it was after midnight. I'll have to try it during edit to see if that works next time i need it. Thanks.
